Due to our continued growth around the world, now we are in search of a motivated individual to join our team as International Sales to working in Shenzhen.

Role:

- Spearhead global business development activities in the organization.
- Develop & execute business development strategy & plan, both short term & long term to achieve company sales targets growth in profits and expansion of company services.
- Plan & execute organizations global brand building, advertising & promotional activities.
- Identify potential market segment/verticals.
- Achieve revenue & contribution targets, build credibility in market & gain market share.
- Assist manager to ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Assist manager to manage relationship with alliance partners.
- Ensure target achievement of team members.
- Ensure motivation & guidance of team members.
- Inspire team members to achieve high standards of performance.

Competencies:

- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical & interpersonal operational skills.
- Capability of spearheading business development activities & assisting manager to lead a large sized team.
- Sales professional with relevant experience in LED Lighting Industries.
- Thorough understanding /appreciation of LED Streetlights, LED Bulbs and LED Traffic Lights business .
- Experience in internet & search engine of selling solutions.
- Possess Global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors products & future business plans.
- Possess effective communication & selling skills.
- Highly motivated and target orientated.
